"Quick fix for IE problem. Terry picked up my PC around 6pm on Monday and returned it at 1pm Tuesday, having fixed my Internet Explorer problem. Turns out it was a Trojan that got past my anti-virus software(s), and she removed it, as well as cleaning up a few small things she noticed while working on the HP laptop.
Very high marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and technical acumen to address/fix my problem. Will use her services again, when troubles arise."

"I use my personal computer for my business. It has to work or I cannot. I have 2 children that like to surf sights like Youtube, and play on-line games. When the kids use my computer, it will start to slow down. It will take longer to boot.
I asked Terry Technology to help. Beth was able to quickly clean up my laptop and return it to efficient working order. She gave me the information that I needed to teach my kids smarter online behavior. She worked with me to set up a regular maintenance program to keep my laptop up to date and virus/malware free (so I can always work).
All of this was done at a very reasonable price.
I plan to keep using Terry Technology for all the computers in our house, and have them help set up a more secure wireless home network with storage for our electronic photographs and music."
